State Farm to add 3,000 more jobs in claims

Throughout 2027, State Farm plans to increase the size of its claims workforce by approximately 10%, or about 3,000 employees.

State Farm currently has ~30,000 claims employees across the country. The planned workforce growth represents a significant investment in additional capacity as State Farm continues to grow and serve more customers.

State Farm handles nearly 11 million claims each year – an average of more than 30,000 per day.
