State Farm experiencing system outages following extreme weather
As of yesterday State Farm is continuing to experience system outages which began mid-day on February 15. “We continue to experience system outages and are truly sorry for the issues this is causing. We are working hard to resolve this and we are optimistic that we will be fully operational soon.”
Contact centers, agent offices, and other tools (internet, mobile app) are impacted. Systems have been partially restored but the bottom line is that State Farm is continuing to work on fully restoring its systems.
Due to the extreme weather, we are experiencing system connectivity issues. Crews are working to restore accessibility. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Time to switch to lemonade. Dude you charge heft price for coverage. Fine!! But why didn’t you set a portion for stronger infrastructure? How is best buy portal or amazon portal up in this bad weather? Showing frugality in the infrastructure that serves people is 🤮🤮

All of the “Back-Up Data Centers” are down. Almost certain the company didn’t expect a snowstorm like the one they are getting in TX right now. They’re unfortunately placed in the most strategic areas… Mother Nature is just beating them up 😂
