Zurich Australia names retail life claims leader

Zurich Australia  has appointed Fifita Ngaue as senior head of retail life claims for Australia, effective August 10.

Ngaue joins from MetLife, where she serves as head of claims, overseeing performance, customer experience and innovation. She previously held roles at Macquarie, CommInsure and Zurich.

In the new role, Ngaue will lead the transformation of Zurich’s growing life insurance claims team, with a focus on improving the claims experience and expanding its digital capabilities.

Zurich Australia provides life insurance to more than 1.5 million customers through the Zurich and OnePath Life brands.
