Zurich Australia appoints Aaron Molivas to lead consumer claims

Zurich Australia  has appointed Aaron Molivas as Head of General Insurance Consumer Claims for Australia and New Zealand, a newly created role that he will assume on July 29.

Molivas joins Zurich from Suncorp, where he serves as Head of Transformation, Consumer Insurance, leading initiatives across product, digital, customer experience, and claims.

In his new position, Molivas will lead Zurich’s consumer general insurance claims strategy and operations, with a focus on enhancing the claims experience across the insurer’s expanding home and motor insurance portfolio.
