Tower taps Sedgwick for storm claims surge

Tower Insurance has partnered with global loss adjuster Sedgwick to boost claims capacity during major weather events. The deal gives Tower access to Sedgwick’s network of adjusters across New Zealand and the Pacific, helping speed up damage assessments and claims processing when demand spikes.

The move ensures faster service for customers, especially in regions where Tower has limited on-the-ground resources. It also frees up Tower’s in-house team to focus on complex claims.
