Motive, GEICO team up to bring telematics savings to commercial fleets
Motive has partnered with GEICO to bring AI-driven safety tools and insurance savings to commercial fleets. As a preferred partner in GEICO’s DriveEasy Pro telematics program, Motive will offer new GEICO commercial auto policyholders discounts of up to 10% when they install Motive’s AI dashcams and share telematics and ELD data.
The partnership arrives as GEICO expands more aggressively into commercial auto and as fleet operators continue to face higher premiums and rising nuclear verdicts. Motive’s Driver Safety and Fleet Management products use AI to detect risky behavior, capture video evidence, automate collision reporting and streamline compliance — positioning the technology as both a safety tool and a way to reduce claims costs.
The program is live for new GEICO policyholders in select states, with nationwide availability planned through 2026. GEICO joins more than 40 carriers, MGAs and captives working with Motive to pair insurance incentives with telematics-driven risk insights.
