GEICO partners with Entegral on auto claims technology

GEICO is deploying technology from Entegral , an Enterprise Mobility subsidiary, to improve auto claim routing, repair coordination and customer communications.

The partnership will support repair-provider selection and clearer appointment communications, connecting data and workflows across GEICO, repair shops and mobility services. The goal is to give policyholders and repair partners greater visibility from claim reporting through vehicle repair.

The collaboration combines Entegral’s claims technology with Enterprise Mobility’s experience supporting drivers during the repair process. Financial terms and a deployment timeline were not disclosed.
