GEICO hires new CMO

GEICO has named Arianna Orpello as chief marketing officer, starting January 2026.

Orpello joins GEICO from Goldman Sachs, where she most recently served as global chief brand officer. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at TD Bank, Capital One, and ING Direct.

In late 2024, it was reported that Damon Burrell, who was appointed as GEICO’s CMO in April 2022, was stepping down.
