Sedgwick appoints first CTO

Sedgwick named Vishy Padmanabhan as its first Chief Transformation Officer, reporting to CEO Michael Arbour.

Padmanabhan, who brings over 20 years of transformation experience from Wells Fargo and Bain & Company, will lead digital, data, and enterprise process initiatives as Sedgwick expands its use of AI, predictive analytics, and digital platforms.
