Zurich Australia secures naming rights to Perth skyscraper

Zurich Australia will relocate its Perth head office to 140 St Georges Terrace and secure building signage rights, marking the first change to the tower’s branding in 50 years. The move, set for November 2025, reflects Zurich’s commitment to Western Australia and includes a seven-year lease for 700 sqm on Level 14.

Managed by Centuria, the landmark building offers premium amenities and will serve as a new hub for Zurich’s WA operations.
