VSK and GLT launch online cargo insurance
Russian insurer VSK partnered with transport company GLT (Global Logistic Transport) to launch online cargo insurance. The product works with the help of ‘advanced’ API integration methods with information systems of participants in the transport process and allows to provide customers with protection of cargo transportation almost ‘instantly’.
Insurance from VSK can be included in the order directly during the registration of transportation. In this case, the policy will be automatically generated and available to the client. The service protects against loss (destruction) or damage to cargo. It includes the total insured amount up to 20 million rubles.
