Trucordia adds five agencies

Trucordia has acquired five insurance businesses as it continues to scale its national brokerage platform. The deals add Assured Insurance Consultants (TN), Charles River Insurance (MA), Eberle Insurance Agency (AR), Breezy Seguros (MA), and Osborn Insurance Agency (NJ).

The acquisitions extend Trucordia’s reach across the Southeast, Northeast, and Southwest, bringing capabilities that range from concierge service in Tennessee to multilingual support for Latino small business owners in Massachusetts. Each agency will retain its local focus while gaining access to Trucordia’s broader resources and technology.

With these additions, Trucordia continues to build a values-driven network centered on regional expertise and client service.
