Trucordia acquires the assets of Dominion Insurance Services

Trucordia has acquired the assets of Dominion Insurance Services , a California-based boutique brokerage specializing in lawyers professional liability and other professional liability lines.

Founded in 1997 by Larry Hilton, and later joined by Wes Hilton, Dominion serves law firms and other professional clients, offering coverage including lawyers professional liability, fiduciary liability, patent agent liability, and insurance for accountants, architects and engineers.

The acquisition expands Trucordia’s professional liability capabilities while providing Dominion with broader resources and operational support. Financial terms were not disclosed.
