Trucordia acquires Osborn Insurance

Trucordia has acquired Osborn Insurance, a Brick, New Jersey–based agency that has served families and businesses since 2000 with personalized auto, home, business and health insurance solutions.

The deal brings a relationship-driven agency into Trucordia’s growing regional network. Osborn is known for hand-selecting coverage, offering hands-on claims support, and maintaining long-standing client relationships built on trust and individualized service.

For Trucordia, a top 20 U.S. brokerage, the acquisition strengthens its presence in New Jersey and the broader Northeast as it continues to add agencies with strong local roots and client-first operating models.
