Trucordia acquires Breezy Seguros

Trucordia , a top-20 U.S. insurance brokerage, acquired Breezy Seguros, a Framingham-based insurance business that serves customers in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Breezy Seguros operates offices in Stoughton and Hyannis and is known for supporting Massachusetts’ Latino entrepreneurial community.

The deal brings Breezy Seguros’ digital onboarding, service model, and P&C offerings — from auto and renters to commercial auto, workers’ compensation, and liability — under Trucordia’s broader carrier access and resources.
