Salesforce to acquire Vlocity
Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vlocity. Established in 2014, Vlocity has raised $162.8 million since its inception from several investors including Salesforce Ventures. The team of over 1,000 people offers cloud software solutions targeting telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, government, and other related industries. Insurance clients include NN Japan and Farmers.
