Ryan Specialty launches Tera Underwriters

Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers has launched Tera Underwriters , a managing general underwriter focused on industrial-scale computing hardware used in cryptocurrency mining and AI and high-performance computing data centers.

The Lloyd’s-backed program covers ASICs, GPUs, networking infrastructure and related equipment. It can provide more than $1 billion of capacity per policy through a $625 million lead binder and additional excess capital.

The program is available in all 50 states exclusively through RT Specialty, with international capabilities expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
