RT Specialty promotes Will Jacob to president of RT Connector

RT Specialty announced that it has promoted Will Jacob to President, RT Connector, effective immediately. Will is based in Chicago.

Will has been with Ryan Specialty for nearly 10 years and was most recently Chief Underwriting Officer for RT Connector, joining the team during the infancy of the electronic platform. RT Connector has been built with speed, simplicity, and efficiency at its core, enabling users to streamline their marketing process and gain instant access to a wide range of products and services across diverse risks and carriers. With Will’s guidance and collaboration with the RT Connector team members, each product within the electronic marketplace is crafted to deliver immediate solutions, eliminating paperwork and reducing friction. If a risk falls outside RT Connector’s appetite, it is automatically referred to an RT Specialty underwriter or broker, ensuring extraordinary service and expertise.
