RT Specialty promotes Marya Propis to lead retail distribution

RT Specialty , the wholesale brokerage arm of Ryan Specialty, has promoted Marya Propis to President of Retail Distribution.

In the role, Propis will oversee national sales and executive business development, with a focus on strengthening relationships with retail brokers and identifying wholesale consolidation opportunities. Her responsibilities also include refining retail compensation programs and managing the firm’s presence across industry conferences and sponsorships.
