Reema Health raises $19 million
Reema Health , a startup that helps people with complex needs navigate healthcare, raised $19 million in a Series B led by LRVHealth and Optum Ventures , bringing its total funding to $35.75 million.

Reema works with Medicaid, Medicare and dual-eligible members. It uses a mix of digital tools and local community guides who help people book visits, refill medications, and get social support. In some markets, Reema also offers virtual behavioral health with psychiatric nurse practitioners. The company operates in 14 markets and plans to add three more in early 2026.
The company uses value-based contracts, such as shared savings or bundled payments.
Reema is also starting to work with commercial insurers, helping members understand employer benefits and public programs. As Medicaid redeterminations continue, hospitals are becoming new partners as they anticipate more uninsured patients.
