Imagine Pediatrics raises $67 million Series B
Imagine Pediatrics , a pediatric medical group providing 24/7 virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs, raised $67 million in Series B funding. The round included existing investors Oak HC/FT, Optum Ventures , and Rubicon Founders, with new participation from the Autism Impact Fund and others.

Founded in 2022, the Nashville-based company now cares for ~40,000 children nationwide through value-based partnerships with health plans. Imagine has completed nearly 300,000 patient encounters in just over two years, reducing emergency visits and hospital admissions, and claims to have saved partners more than $65 million in 2024.
The new funding will support national expansion, technology development, and clinical innovation.
