Plymouth Rock appoints Chief of Agency Marketing for MA and NH

Plymouth Rock has named James Foxx as Chief of Agency Marketing for Massachusetts and New Hampshire within its Independent Agency Group. He joined the company in September 2025 and will oversee the recruitment, development, and support of independent agents across both states.

Foxx brings over 25 years of insurance experience, most recently serving as Regional Senior Vice President for New England at Utica National. He previously held leadership roles at The Hanover Insurance Group focused on commercial underwriting and agent relations.

Katie Kenney, Head of Agency Distribution, said his industry expertise and commitment to talent development will help strengthen Plymouth Rock’s agency partnerships and regional presence.
