MoneySuperMarket launches car insurance broker
MoneySuperMarket has partnered with insurance platform Open Insurance Technologies to launch a digital car insurance broker exclusively for its 2.5 million SuperSaveClub members.
Members can compare, purchase, manage and renew policies without leaving MoneySuperMarket. The initial insurer panel includes Allianz, Covéa and Ageas, with policies offered across Bronze, Silver and Gold coverage tiers.
The proposition includes 0% APR monthly payments, in-account policy management and a £15 SuperSaveClub reward. Open provides the regulated broking platform, insurer relationships, operations and an AI assistant that offers contextual support throughout the purchasing journey.
SuperSaveClub Insurance is arranged and administered by Open Insurance Services UK Limited.

Bottom Line: The existing workflow sees MoneySuperMarket compare insurance from Allianz, Ford Insure, Britannia Car Insurance, Marshmallow, Skippy and Aviva. Shoppers are presented with quotes and can navigate to the third-party provider to confirm the price and purchase coverage. Whether that process is broken is up to the shopper.
