ManhattanLife hires Steve Natelson to lead individual sales

ManhattanLife Group appointed Steve Natelson as Senior Vice President of Individual Sales, effective February 2, 2026.

Natelson joins from Cigna, where he most recently served as Vice President of Distribution and Strategy. He brings more than 30 years of experience across insurance distribution and sales, including leadership roles focused on Medicare, supplemental health, and individual markets.

In his new role, Natelson will work to expand ManhattanLife’s relationships with agents and strengthen distribution across both under-65 and senior segments. His appointment comes as the carrier continues to grow its individual product portfolio and national distribution footprint.
