Life360 to acquire Nativo
Life360 has agreed to acquire Nativo, an adtech company that helps brands deliver native and programmatic ads across premium publishers, in a deal valued at about $120 million in cash and stock.
The acquisition expands Life360’s advertising ambitions by merging its first-party family and location data with Nativo’s publisher network and technology stack. The combined platform aims to help advertisers reach families across channels — from the Life360 app to CTV and mobile web — in a privacy-forward way.
Nativo’s integration brings a full ad-tech stack, sales team, and direct publisher relationships, positioning Life360 to offer contextual, family-safe advertising at scale. The deal is expected to close in January 2026.
Founded in 2010, Nativo employs around 152 people, showing no headcount growth over the past six months and a 26% decline over two years. The company has raised $60.9 million across seven funding rounds, most recently securing $25 million in debt financing from Capital IP Investment Partners in April 2023.
“Acquiring Nativo is an exciting step forward as we build a durable, mission-aligned advertising business. This acquisition accelerates our roadmap, adding capabilities that typically take platforms years to develop. It allows us to scale faster and bring high-quality, contextual advertising to market sooner — all while enhancing, not disrupting, the Life360 member experience.” – Lauren Antonoff, Chief Executive Officer, Life360.
