Lemonade brings Autonomous Car Insurance to Colorado

Lemonade announced that its Autonomous Car insurance is now available in Colorado, the fourth state since launching the coverage in January.

Lemonade Autonomous Car gives Tesla owners 50% off every mile driven using Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (Supervised) technology.

Lemonade’s other car insurance coverage is available Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

“Today, we’re bringing Lemonade Autonomous Car to Tesla drivers in Colorado. This first-of-its-kind insurance product cuts Tesla’s cost of ownership by slashing insurance prices in half for miles driven with FSD (Supervised). Tesla’s safe FSD (Supervised) tech reduces the chances of getting into an accident. Our intelligent pricing models see this in the data and can pass real savings, with high precision, on to Tesla customers.” – Shai Wininger, President and Co-Founder of Lemonade.

Lemonade’s expansion into Colorado comes days after the company filed a new pay-per-mile auto program in Texas that prices autonomous and human-driven miles separately.
