Jewelers Mutual expands agent access through First Connect integration
Jewelers Mutual has partnered with First Connect Insurance Services to streamline access for independent agents by implementing single sign-on technology that reduces friction in the quoting and binding process.
The integration uses First Connect’s Effortless Carrier Login, allowing agents to move directly from the First Connect marketplace into the Jewelers Mutual platform without separate credentials. The goal is to speed up quoting, simplify workflows, and improve placement efficiency for specialty jewelry coverage.
Following the rollout, the carrier reported an increase in agent access requests, higher policy volume, and growth in new business premium, suggesting that simplified digital access can directly impact distribution performance.
