ISC acquires Specialty Brokerage Services

ISC has acquired Specialty Brokerage Services , strengthening its wholesale insurance capabilities across personal and commercial lines.

SBS, an Ohio based wholesale brokerage, brings experience in personal lines, small commercial risks, and specialty placements, along with established carrier relationships. The acquisition adds depth to ISC’s wholesale division, including high value personal lines that complement ISC’s homeowners programs and expanded access to markets such as private flood and product liability.

ISC said the deal supports its broader strategy to scale a nationwide wholesale platform through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.
