ISC acquires commercial wholesaler USAsia

ISC has acquired USAsia, a California-based commercial wholesale brokerage, expanding ISC Wholesale’s product offerings, carrier access and West Coast presence. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1995 by Shirley Yeung, USAsia Insurance Services serves independent insurance agencies through admitted and non-admitted property and casualty carriers. Its offerings include commercial property, general liability, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, professional liability, umbrella, cyber and management liability.

The acquisition supports ISC’s strategy of building a broader wholesale distribution platform for independent agencies.

Yeung will remain as a consultant during the transition to support continuity for agency partners, carriers and employees.
