Inszone Insurance acquires Legacy Partners Insurance

Inszone Insurance acquired Michigan-based Legacy Partners Insurance , expanding its footprint in the Midwest and adding a Southeast Michigan agency focused on commercial, personal, and benefits insurance.

Founded in 2013 by Joe Graham, Legacy Partners operates from Harrison Township and grew through a combination of organic expansion and book acquisitions. The agency built a broad service offering across multiple insurance lines and added leadership including Kristie Parrish, Cale Johnson, and Dave Peabody during its expansion.

Following the transaction, Joe Graham will remain involved as an Agency Partner focused on growth and carrier relationships in Michigan. Legacy Partners COO Cale Johnson will become General Counsel at Inszone.
