Inszone acquires Whitman & Samuelson Insurance Services

Inszone Insurance  has acquired Whitman & Samuelson Insurance Services, a Petaluma, California-based agency specializing in insurance for manufacturing and distribution businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The agency traces its roots to 1931 and is led by owner Scott Whitman. Commercial lines account for roughly 80% of its book, while its personal lines business has grown through referrals and relationships with commercial clients.

Whitman and his team will join Inszone, with clients gaining access to its insurance markets, technology and back-office support.
