Inszone acquires Washington employee benefits agency Radwick & Lightle

Inszone Insurance  has acquired The Lightle Group, LLC, doing business as Radwick & Lightle, expanding its employee benefits operations in Washington.

Founded in 2001 by Curt Lightle and based in Bremerton, Washington, Radwick & Lightle specializes in employee benefits for small and midsize businesses, offering benefits consulting, HR support, compliance services, and claims advocacy.

The acquisition brings Radwick & Lightle’s employee benefits team into Inszone, providing access to a broader range of insurance markets, technology, and operational resources while maintaining the agency’s existing client service model.

Founded in 2002, California-based Inszone is a national insurance brokerage offering property & casualty and employee benefits solutions through offices across 26 states. The brokerage has grown through a combination of acquisitions and organic expansion.
