Inszone acquires James R. Vozar Insurance Agency

Inszone Insurance acquired Michigan based James R. Vozar Insurance Agency, adding three offices in Athens, Quincy, and Union City and strengthening its presence in the Midwest. Founded in 1969, the agency is known for its agricultural and farm insurance expertise, and its leadership team, including Mike Vozar and Brian Earles, will remain through the transition.

The deal gives Inszone deeper specialization in farm insurance as it continues its acquisition strategy across the U.S. Inszone, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, offers commercial, personal, and employee benefits coverage and now operates across a broad multistate footprint.
