Inszone acquires Arkansas agency Smith & Company

Inszone Insurance   announced the acquisition of Smith & Company Insurance, an Arkansas agency with roots dating back to 1904.

The agency, owned by Mark Smith, Drew Higginbothom, and William Smith, offers commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, with specialties in aviation and commercial agriculture. Smith & Company also writes policies for multiple banks in the region.
