Homeward raises $120 million
Homeward , an Austin-based provider of real estate financing solutions, has raised $120 million in Series D equity financing led by Saluda Grade, with participation from Continental General , Citi Ventures, Magnetar, Harmony Partners, Norwest, Adams Street Partners, LiveOak Ventures, Parker89, Era Ventures, Javelin Venture Partners, and others.
The company also secured $330 million in asset-backed debt facilities to fund additional home transactions.

Homeward works with real estate agents to help clients buy and sell homes. Its products allow homeowners to purchase their next home before selling their current one, receive a cash offer while retaining potential upside from a subsequent resale, or make a cash-backed purchase before refinancing into a traditional mortgage.
The company says it has partnered with more than 25,000 agents and facilitated over $4 billion in residential real estate transactions since its founding. Its platform also integrates Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title services.
