London-based Homelyfe, the trading name of AG Lyfe that offers insurance for home buyers, is now offering insurance for home owners and/or renters. In just 4 minutes. Coverage is underwritten by Ageas.

The startup is led by Peter Goodman, who’s also the founder and chairman of When You Move, a platform for the housing market that “digitizes the UK conveyancing process” by offering real-time updates and case-tracking from mortgage broker, estate agent to and from the solicitor. It has raised £2.4M since its inception late last year.
