Higginbotham expands Midwest presence with Roehr Insurance

Higginbotham , the Texas-based insurance, financial, and HR services firm, has partnered with Roehr Insurance, one of Cincinnati’s largest locally owned property and casualty agencies.

Founded in 2012 by Alvin Roehr, the 26-person agency grew from a four-person startup to a multi-state operation, averaging over 20% organic growth in the past five years without acquisitions. The deal gives Roehr access to Higginbotham’s broader resources, including specialty market expertise, training programs, and support services, while maintaining local leadership and client relationships.

The move extends Higginbotham’s footprint in the Midwest as it continues a strategy of regional expansion through partnerships with independent agencies.
