Chubb adds Guaranteed Life with Long Term Care

Chubb Workplace Benefits introduced Chubb Guaranteed Life with Long Term Care, a new addition to its suite of supplemental benefits designed for employers and employees.

The product combines life insurance and long-term care protection, offering a death benefit that can be accelerated to cover care costs. It addresses two growing needs: expanding life insurance ownership and providing financial support for long-term care, which 70% of Americans over 65 are expected to require, even though only 2% currently hold long-term care coverage.

Chubb Guaranteed Life provides guaranteed-issue coverage, long-term care benefits up to 300% of the death benefit, and restoration of the death benefit even after acceleration for care costs. It also includes caregiver concierge services through HomeThrive and financial support for respite care.

The coverage integrates into workplace voluntary benefits programs and remains portable when employees change jobs or retire. Offered through Combined Insurance , the policy allows employers to deliver lifetime protection backed by Chubb’s financial strength.
