Canada Life to acquire Santé Circle Health

Canada Life announced the acquisition of Santé Circle Health , a provider of disability management and occupational health services.
Santé Circle Health focuses on early intervention, provider integration, care coordination, and digital intake capabilities designed to support recovery and return to work outcomes.

Santé Circle Health will continue operating independently with its existing leadership team and employees. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
