Canada Life offers on-demand financial literacy resources in ASL and LSQ

Canada Life is adding a new layer of accessibility to its Saving for Life financial literacy webinars. The insurer now offers select sessions in American Sign Language (ASL) and Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ), aligning the launch with International Week of Deaf People.

“Offering the on-demand resources in ASL and LSQ is one way we’re working to ensure individuals have inclusive access to the resources they need — both to make informed decisions today and to build a secure financial future.” – Kate Nazar, VP Workplace Retirement and Savings, Canada Life.

“Making these webinars available in ASL and LSQ shows the importance of breaking barriers every day.” – Beverley Dooley, Manager, Customer Experience, Canadian Hearing Services.

The webinars are available on demand and require no registration. Topics include budgeting, saving for retirement, managing debt, and understanding their group savings plan.
