Betterview Named to FinTech Global’s 2019 InsurTech 100 List; also Named as a Finalist in EFMA-Accenture Innovation Awards
Betterview is proud to announce that it has been named to FinTech Global’s InsurTech 100 list for the second straight year.
The 2019 InsurTech 100 list is comprised of industry pioneers that are using technology to solve a significant industry problem, generate cost savings or efficiency improvements across the insurance value chain.
This year more than 1,000 applications from around the world were reviewed by FinTech Global’s panel of analysts and industry experts, who selected companies based on:
- Industry significance of the problem being solved
- Potential cost savings, efficiency improvement, impact on the value chain and/or revenue enhancements generated for clients
- Growth, in terms of capital raised, revenue, customer traction
- Innovation of technology solution
- How important is it for insurance executives to know about this company?
Last year a total of $300m in venture capital funding was invested in companies listed in the inaugural report, which aims to help senior management and insurance professionals grappling with innovation and digital transformation challenges. Betterview Named Finalist in EFMA-Accenture North American Awards
Along with being named an InsurTech 100 firm, Betterview’s risk management platform was recently selected as a finalist in the upcoming Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards taking place Wednesday, November 6th in Chicago, IL.
The Efma–Accenture Innovation in Insurance Awards recognizes the best new ideas and practices that are transforming the industry for the benefit of insurers and customers alike. Winners are awarded by their peers, with a rigorous, independent process ensuring the credibility of the awards.
David Lyman, CEO & Co-Founder Betterview and Adam Nunes, VP of Sales, Betterview will be at the awards ceremony on Wednesday, November 6th and will also be participating on a panel at the Accenture Insurance Innovation Board Meeting on Thursday, November 7th.
