AXA launches broker leadership program

AXA UK Commercial has launched Horizon, a leadership development program for broker partners aimed at building senior management capabilities and supporting succession planning.

The first cohort of 20 delegates, selected from 45 nominations, will begin in March with a three-day residential seminar in Paris. The program focuses on decision-making under pressure through live scenario simulations, along with training in communication, self-awareness, and leading through organizational complexity.

Participants will continue development throughout the year with four masterclasses covering talent management, strategic planning, data analysis, and regulatory discipline, alongside individual career coaching.

AXA is running the program in partnership with the Davies Group, a financial services training provider, as part of its effort to strengthen broker relationships and help partners develop future leadership talent.
