AXA launches AI advisor platform in Hong Kong

AXA Hong Kong and Macau has introduced Quest, an AI-powered platform designed to support financial consultants with data-driven financial and insurance advice.

Quest combines real-time macroeconomic trends, market news, proprietary research, and product analytics to help advisors better understand customer needs and deliver more personalized and consistent recommendations. The platform aims to improve the quality of advice and strengthen customer confidence and trust.

The launch is part of AXA’s broader digital transformation and responsible AI strategy. It builds on the company’s existing AI efforts, including Secure GPT, introduced in 2024, and reflects the insurer’s push to embed AI across distribution, operations, and customer engagement.
