Aviva France partners with Captain Contrat
Aviva France has partnered with online legal platform for SME, Captain Contrat , to provide the insurer’s professional clients a preventive legal diagnosis to assess the legal health of their business in relation to risks. In addition to this diagnosis, for all daily legal and administrative issues, policyholders will obtain, in less than 24 hours, a response from a lawyer, at preferential rates known in advance, guaranteeing businesses with a simplified legal experience and fair and transparent prices.
“The legal needs of small businesses and SMEs are frequent and mandatory but difficult to access. In fact, 41% of business leaders say that they can not find reliable legal information and 62% of managers deplore the lack of interlocutors to refer to when they need it. In order to best support our customers and prospects throughout the creation of their business, I am delighted that we join a LegalTech expert, Captain Contrat to easily manage their administrative and legal issues.” – Bruno de Seguins, distribution director, Aviva France.
“The use of specialized legal advice is far from being a common practice, a large majority of VSE / SMEs preferring to” tinker “in its corner . In doing so, they take risks more or less consciously simply because they do not know who to go to for help, or because the cost / time / ROI ratio seems to be to their disadvantage. From now on, the companies supported by Aviva France will be able to quickly access a qualified and quality legal expertise with ease. This framework agreement with a major player in insurance is a true mark of recognition, it is the guarantee of a proven know-how that has already convinced over 10,000 companies throughout France.” – Philippe Wagner, cofounder of Captain Contract.
This effort is part of an offering termed Aviva Business Creators, which was launched in June 15, 2019, to democratize access to legal services by offering policyholders a global legal support solution and to position Aviva as a relevant insurer “alongside entrepreneurs at all the key moments.”
