Atrium launches weather & climate insurance unit

Atrium Underwriters has entered the weather and climate insurance market with the launch of a new underwriting team led by industry veteran Dr. Ed Byrns. The team will focus on data-driven, non-damage business interruption coverage for large commercial clients impacted by non-catastrophic weather events such as temperature, wind, and precipitation fluctuations.
