Arch Insurance France appoints Charlotte Jephos as Claims Manager

Arch Insurance France appointed Charlotte Jephos as claims manager, effective immediately.

Based in Paris, Jephos will oversee claims across France, including cyber, casualty, and executive assurance lines, reporting to Ray Graham, head of claims at Arch Insurance EU.

Jephos joins Arch from Beazley, where she served as claims manager. She previously held claims roles at AIG and worked as a litigation lawyer in Paris before entering the insurance industry.

Arch said the appointment reflects its continued investment in local claims handling capabilities in France as it expands its European operations.
