Allianz plans layoffs

Allianz plans to eliminate hundreds of positions at its assistance and travel insurance subsidiary Allianz Partners as a result of implementing AI solutions.

The cuts, which will include early retirements and other options, will amount to 1,500 to 1,800 positions across Europe.

Allianz Partners employs more than 22,000 people.
