Allianz Ireland offers home insurance quotes through ChatGPT

Allianz Ireland has introduced a ChatGPT app that helps users obtain home insurance quotes by describing their property and coverage needs.

The app uses AI to collect and structure information, prepopulate quote details and help users tailor coverage with optional benefits. Users can review and confirm the information before submitting it to Allianz.

According to the listing, the AI assistant does not make underwriting, eligibility, acceptance or final pricing decisions. Those remain with Allianz’s systems and processes.

The move follows Allianz’s earlier rollout of Allianz Concierge, a ChatGPT app in Germany that supports insurance inquiries and quotes, including pet insurance.
