AIG names Angelo Colombo CEO of Latin America and the Caribbean

AIG has appointed Angelo Colombo as Chief Executive Officer for its Latin America and Caribbean operations, effective June 2, 2025, pending regulatory approval. Colombo will be based in São Paulo and report to Jon Hancock, CEO of International Commercial Insurance and Global Personal Insurance.

Colombo joins from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where he served as Regional CEO of Latin America. In his new role, he will oversee AIG’s strategy and operations across the LAC region.
