AIG, Hamilton and Two Sigma Announce Data-Driven Commercial Platform Attune

According to AIG president and CEO Peter Hancock Attune ” represents an important way forward for the insurance industry as it adapts to the disruptive forces of data analytics and the powerful technology supporting it” –  on Attune. The new portal, brought to you by AIG, Hamilton and Two Sigma, will leverage data science in an attempt to take a bigger-slash-better piece of the commercial insurance pie. In essence, Attune is a quote-to-issue agent-facing commercial insurance portal that will ask a lot less questions thanks in part to integration with public data sources. Bottom Line: “questioning all the questions.” Meanwhile one question is left unanswered: wait, but when?
